The parties exchanged views on the expansion of the application of information and communication technologies in the justice sector, legal assistance, and the establishment of a contractual and legal framework in the areas of extradition and the transfer of sentenced persons. They emphasized that intensifying reciprocal visits and enhancing the exchange of experience would contribute to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of justice.
On the sidelines of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Justice and Law was signed between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman.
