Where to apply?
The Consular Section of the Embassy receives visa applications for passport holders who are citizens of Sultanate of Oman and citizens of other countries possessing residence permits in Oman.
Ordinary passport holders are eligible to apply for an electronic visa
Travel document holders should submit their applications to the Embassy.

Required documents for a tourist visa to Azerbaijan for travel document holders of Oman
- Visa application form
- Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months)
- 2 photos 3x4 (must be taken last 6 months)
- Hotel reservation
- Flight ticket
- Application to the Embassy on the purpose of the visit and entry permission to Azerbaijan
- Residence permit
- Payment receipt of 20 USD
1. Applications by refugee travel document holders to enter the country on family leave should be prioritized;
2. In accordance with the legislation of the country, the consideration of visa applications for refugee travel document holders shall be based on a set of documents listed below;
- a document confirming the existence of a residence permit for a period of at least 6 months
- Certificate of health insurance for easy return on referral; partially);
- a relevant document (bank account statement or other document) on the availability of financial means capable of covering the expenses related to the trip.
