Iftar Dinner Held at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the Sultanate of Oman

The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Sultanate of Oman organized an iftar dinner on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan for members of the Azerbaijani community living in Oman.

The event was attended by Azerbaijani citizens residing in Oman, including professionals working in various fields, students, and families. The iftar gathering reflected the spiritual values of Ramadan and the traditions of unity and solidarity.

In his opening remarks, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Oman Rashad Ismayilov highlighted the special importance of Ramadan in the Islamic world and noted that the month symbolizes compassion, sharing, and mutual support. He emphasized that maintaining regular contact with compatriots living abroad, bringing them together, and preserving national and moral values are important priorities of the Embassy.

During the event, it was also noted that friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Oman are developing successfully, and that members of the community play an important role in strengthening these ties.
