A meeting was held at the Royal Opera House Muscat between the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Sultanate of Oman, Rashad İsmayılov, and the Director General of the institution, Umberto Fanni.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for enhancing cultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and Oman, particularly in the fields of music and performing arts. Opportunities for organizing joint events, mutual visits, and expanding exchanges between cultural professionals were also explored.
Ambassador Rashad Ismayilov highlighted Azerbaijan’s rich musical heritage and ongoing efforts to promote its culture internationally. Umberto Fanni emphasized the Royal Opera House Muscat’s commitment to international collaboration and expressed interest in potential cooperation with Azerbaijan.
