On October 15, 2025, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Sultanate of Oman, Mr. Rashad Ismayilov, met with Mr. Adrian Hamilton-Manns, Chief Executive Officer of “Salam Air”, one of Oman’s leading airlines.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the prospects for expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Oman in the fields of air transportation, tourism, and economic partnership.
Both parties exchanged views on the resumption of direct flights and the opening of new routes between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of increasing mutual tourist flows.
The meeting was held in a cordial and businesslike atmosphere.
